Job Title : Project Manager

Job Duties : Lib N Leo, LLC in Allentown, PA is seeking experienced Project Managers to plan and coordinate project work, function as a liaison between stakeholders and technical staff, and to monitor and coordinate the work of developers and analysts.

Job duties and responsibilities include:
Partner with the client stakeholders and software development teams to plan and execute custom projects and deliverables.
Responsible for coordinating the efforts of multiple cross-functional project teams to achieve clearly defined results operating within the agreed upon time, and specifications of each project.
Responsible for managing the expectations, deliverables, and results of all project resources, both internal and external, as related to the specific roles and activities defined in the project work plan.
Work with project managers, discipline leads and other stakeholders to resolve escalated project risks and issues in a timely manner.
Run daily SCRUM meetings.
Produce regular status updates to the management team.
Coordinate performance of project teams with a focus on ensuring timely, quality delivery.
Ensure Agile/SCRUM concepts and principles are adhered to.
Collaborate with developers and leadership, to continually improve and maintain quality program updates.
NOTE: THIS POSITION INVOLVES PROCESS PLANNING, PROJECT WORK AND OVERALL PROJECT COORDINATION. IT DOES NOT INVOLVE SUPERVISION OF ANY PERSONNEL NOR ANY PARTICIPATION IN STAFFING DECISIONS (I.E., REVIEWS, COMPENSATION, HIRING OR TERMINATION).
Minimum Requirements : No education required. Position requires at least three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in any related position(s) in which the required experience was gained.
This position requires certification as a SCRUM Master
Qualified candidates must also have demonstrable knowledge, experience, skill or proficiency with the following:
1. Agile Framework including Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD).
2. Demonstrated experience managing project budgets.
3. Demonstrated experience identifying and mitigating project risks.
4. Confluence, JIRA, Atlassian software or related project management software.
5. MS Project.
6. Udemy.

Job Site : 5274 Hamilton Blvd., Allentown, PA 18106
• No travel; no telecommuting. Position is project-based on long-term assignments at various unanticipated client sites within the U.S., and relocation may be required at the end of each long-term assignment. Work from home (WFH) benefit available depending on project requirements.
